新西兰移民局通知
凡是中国的技术移民没有递件的,全部递往上海办公室,北京办公室不再接受新的申请。
1. Skilled Migrant Category processing in the North Asia Region From 1 July 2011, Shanghai Branch will be the receiving office for all skilled migrant applications including any that have been invited to apply to Beijing Branch but have not yet made their application. Beijing Branch will not receive any new skilled migrant applications.
This reallocation of work will allow Beijing Branch to focus on processing the 300 applications that are currently in its managed queue. Shanghai Branch is currently allocating skilled migrant applications from late April 2011 and it is anticipated that the allocation wait time will not exceed 6 months.
Once your application is allocated to an immigration officer, you can expect that they will be in contact with you within ten days of allocation. Changing the receiving office to Shanghai Branch will not increase the time taken for a decision to be made. Staffing resources are being increased in Shanghai Branch in order to process more SMC residence applications.
The Shanghai Branch address is:
Immigration New Zealand
Suite 507, Shanghai Centre1376
Nanjing Road WestShanghai 200010 China
We will review this arrangement once Beijing Branch is back in flow.
2. Lodgement of Medical Certificates with visa applications North Asia branches encourage licensed advisers to open their clients’ medical certificates prior to lodgement of visa applications, and to check them for any abnormal findings. Using the INZ Medical Referral Guidelines (attached), you will be able to decide whether your clients should undergo further medical tests before lodging their applications (with medical certificates and the results of any tests taken). Currently, medical referrals to INZ Medical Assessors take six weeks to return to INZ North Asia branches. We are seeking to reduce the need for referrals and re-referrals in order to speed up application processing.
